At the beginning of the year I trained in Bio Sculpture Gel nails, the number one healthier alternative in nail care preferred worldwide. Gel nails are by far the best form of overlay system available in todays market as they do not cause any damage to the natural nail, unlike acrylic (liquid and powder) systems. Gel nails are great for weddings, special occassions or even just every day wear! They last up to 2 weeks before needing an infill or them re-done (due to re-growth) so maintenance is required if you want them looking great indefinitely.
